Projects

HelpKenya can assist you in finding a project to suit your skills, experience and interests. Projects can be organised in Nairobi or in rural areas and can include schools, orphanages, community groups, farms, health clinics and hospitals.

HelpKenya sources projects from its affiliated community-based organisations as well as other local groups and organisations in various parts of the country. You can choose to work with any of our affiliated organisations on any of the work they are currently involved, simply by registering and stating the organisation you wish to work with.

A list of all current requests for volunteers is contained below. If you are looking for a particular type of project that is not listed here, please contact us and we will work with you to try and identify other projects based on your specifications.

A number of our projects in Nairobi are based in the Kibera slums. For information regarding Kibera, please click here.
