You can help us at HelpKenya by donating resources that can be used in our projects and by our affiliated organisations. You might even want to get involved in organising for people and/or organisation in your local area to make donations.

Generally, HelpKenya will distribute resources to projects and organisations based on appropriateness and need, however if you would like to make donations to a specific project or organisation just tell us!

There are many, many items that are in short-supply for our projects and organisations.

• Laptops - of any age or make
• Digital cameras - preferably rechargeable not battery operated
• USB drives / flash disks - no matter how small or out of date

• Children’s books - no matter how old!
• Preschool and primary education materials – posters, books, etc
• Stationery - excercise books, pens, pencils, chalk, etc*
• Medical supplies - bandaids, toothbrush and toothpaste, gauze, etc*

*Many of these items can actually be purchased more cheaply in Kenya (which also saves on shipping costs) so we encourage people who are considering purchasing some of these items to donate to consider making a monetary donation instead.
